These terms govern your use of Suvaani (“the service”), a Bhojpuri-language assistant on WhatsApp that helps you find government job vacancies you may be eligible for and reminds you before application deadlines close. By messaging Suvaani, you agree to these terms.
Suvaani is operated by Arun Kumar, an individual based in India, as an independent service. Contact: hello@suvaani.com.
Suvaani gathers publicly available information about government recruitment, works out which vacancies match the age, qualification and district you tell us, and sends you reminders before deadlines. That is the whole service.
Suvaani does not:
Vacancy details — deadlines, eligibility, vacancy counts, fees — come from public sources and can change or be withdrawn without notice. They may be out of date or wrong. Before applying, paying any fee, or relying on a date, open the official notification on the recruiting body’s own website using the link we give you, and confirm it there. Where our information and the official notification disagree, the official notification is correct.
When Suvaani says you are eligible, or marks a vacancy लगभग योग्य (“nearly eligible”), that is our reading of the published age and qualification criteria against what you told us. It is guidance to help you decide what to look at — not a legal determination, and not binding on any recruiting body. Only the recruiting body decides who is eligible.
Replies are produced by an automated system, including for general questions. It can be wrong or incomplete. Treat it as a helpful starting point, not as professional, legal or financial advice.
Suvaani will never ask you for payment, a one-time password (OTP), a UPI PIN, your Aadhaar number, or your bank details — not in chat, not on a call, not ever. If anyone asks for these in Suvaani’s name, it is fraud. Do not send anything, and please report it to hello@suvaani.com.
You agree to use Suvaani lawfully and not to: send unlawful, abusive or deliberately misleading content; attempt to disrupt, overload or reverse-engineer the service; scrape or resell its information; or impersonate Suvaani or anyone else.
You are responsible for the accuracy of what you tell us. If you give an incorrect age or qualification, the vacancies we show you will be wrong.
Suvaani is currently an early-access service under active development. It may be unavailable, slow, interrupted for maintenance, or run only during certain hours. Replies can take several seconds, particularly for voice notes. Features may change or be withdrawn. We do not promise any level of availability.
Because you contacted us, we will reply, and we will send deadline alerts for vacancies matching your profile. To stop them, send “रोक दीं” (“stop”) at any time, or ask us to delete your data. WhatsApp’s own terms also apply to every message.
How we handle your information — and how to have it deleted — is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Suvaani is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the service — including a missed deadline, a vacancy detail that turned out to be inaccurate or withdrawn, an application that was rejected, or the service being unavailable. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.
Deadline reminders are a convenience, not a guarantee. Do not rely on Suvaani as your only reminder for an application deadline.
You can stop at any time by no longer messaging us, and you can have your data deleted as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or end access for anyone who misuses the service or breaks these terms.
The Suvaani name, logo and the service itself belong to us. Vacancy details belong to their original sources, and links point to the official notifications.
We may update these terms. The date at the top will change, and significant changes will be announced in the chat. Continuing to use Suvaani after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute.
